Statement
of Nondiscrimination
In accordance with federal and state laws, Teacher Education
University prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color,
national origin, sex, age, marital status, disability or veteran
status. In addition, the University prohibits discrimination
on the basis of sexual orientation.
Sexual harassment is one form of sexual discrimination that
is prohibited.
Any person who believes that he or she has been sexually
harassed at the University may file either a formal or informal
complaint through the CEO’s office on the University
Complaint Form. Confidentiality will be maintained to the
fullest extent.
Students with Disabilities
In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of
1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Teacher
Education University is dedicated to providing reasonable
academic accommodations for students identified as disabled
under the law and ensuring that no qualified student with
a disability is denied the benefits of, excluded from participation
in, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any University
program/activity.
