In addition to completing the online application, you must submit:

1. Official transcripts from Bachelor Degree program from an accredited college or university.
   
2. Two letters of recommendation OR two recommendation forms. One recommendation must be from a current or former employer.
   Current resume or vita.
   
3. Personal essay (500 words) describing academic objectives in the program and professional goals.
   
4. Transfer Credit Form, if you have previous graduate level credits that may apply to the program.
   
5. TOEFL score, only for international students.
   
6. Upon acceptance, submit a signed Enrollment Agreement and a copy of a government-issued photo ID.
