Students who wish to withdraw from a course must do so officially by completing the course withdrawal form. Failure to officially withdraw from a course will result in an "F" in the course, which will be computed into the cumulative grade point average. The course withdrawal form is available through the Office of the Registrar. It is the responsibility of the student to contact the Office of the Registrar to confirm the request was received if the university does not send confirmation within 48 hours.
